Section 20999.2 - No denial of right to be accompanied by counsel or personal representative

No petroleum distributor shall deny to any gasoline dealer or prospective gasoline dealer the right to be accompanied by counsel or a personal representative to any meeting held between the parties for the purpose of negotiating the terms of a franchise.
