Section 19850.5 - Applicability of chapterNotwithstanding Section 19850 or any other provision of law, this chapter shall apply to both of the following:
(a) The operation, regulation, and enforcement of remote caller bingo, as defined in paragraph (1) of subdivision (t) of Section 326.3 of the Penal Code, to the extent expressly made applicable by Section 326.3 of the Penal Code. No requirement contained in this chapter shall apply to remote caller bingo unless expressly made applicable by Section 326.3 of the Penal Code.(b) The regulation of card-minding devices as provided in subdivision (p) of Section 326.5 of the Penal Code, to the extent expressly made applicable by Section 326.5 of the Penal Code. No requirement contained in this chapter shall apply to card-minding devices unless expressly made applicable by Section 326.5 of the Penal Code.Ca. Bus. and Prof'l. Code § 19850.5
