Section 36-1608 - Violation; civil penalty; classificationA. A person violating a provision of this article is subject to a civil penalty of one thousand dollars.B. A person who uses fireworks or permissible consumer fireworks on preservation lands owned by a city or town that has purchased more than fifteen thousand acres of land for preservation purposes is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and shall pay a fine of at least one thousand dollars.Amended by L. 2014, ch. 108,s. 4, eff. 4/22/2014.
