Section 32-541 - Salon requirementsA. A person is entitled to receive a license to operate a salon if the person: 1. Submits to the board an application for a salon license on a form supplied by the board.2. Pays the prescribed fee.B. The safety and sanitary requirements specified by the board in its rules shall be requirements while a salon is operating.C. Each salon shall have an individual designated as the manager of the salon.
