Section 11.73.010 - Manufacture or delivery of an imitation controlled substance(a) Except as provided in AS 11.73.050, a person may not manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to deliver, an imitation controlled substance.(b) Except as provided in AS 11.73.030, a person who violates this section commits a class C felony.
