Rule RCr 11.06 - Restitution(1) When ordering restitution pursuant to KRS 532.032, 532.033, 533.020, and 533.030(3), the court shall not order the defendant to pay interest on the restitution. (2) An order of restitution shall not preclude the owner of property or the victim who suffered personal physical or mental injury or out-of-pocket loss of earnings or support or other damages, including interest, from pursuing a civil action against the defendant.
