Rule 5.553 - Juvenile case file of a deceased child
When the juvenile case file of a deceased child is sought, the court must proceed as follows:
(1) Under section 827(a)(2) if the request is made by a member of the public; or (2) Under section 16502.5 if the request is made by a county board of supervisors.
