Section NR 352.03 - Incorporation by reference

All of the following federal manual, memoranda, guidelines, regulatory guidance letters or other provision established by the U.S. army corps of engineers interpreting the 1987 wetlands delineation manual shall be used when delineating nonfederal wetland boundaries:

(1) "Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual", Technical Report Y-87-1, U.S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station, Vicksburg, MS.
