Section DOC 303.59 - Disfigurement(1) Any inmate who disfigures, cuts, pierces, removes, mutilates, discolors or tattoos any part of his or her or another person's body, is guilty of disfigurement.(2) Any inmate who possesses any item which has been used, altered, or intended to be used to disfigure, cut, pierce, remove, mutilate, discolor, or tattoo is guilty of disfigurement.Wis.
