Section 460-24A-055 - Effective date of registration

All investment adviser and investment adviser representative registrations will be effective beginning on the date the director approves the application in IARD or CRD. All registrations will expire on December 31st of the year of issuance . If the investment adviser or investment adviser representative does not renew its registration by December 31st, the director will deem the registration delinquent.
