Section 388-825-305 - Who is governed by WAC 388-825-305 through 388-825-400?

WAC 388-825-305 through 388-825-400 govern individual providers and home care agencies who provide one or more of the following:

(1) Community first choice services;
(2) Medicaid personal care; or
(3) Respite care services.
