Section 246-11-490 - Evidence
(1) The presiding officer shall rule on objections to the admissibility of evidence pursuant to RCW 34.05.452 unless those objections have been addressed in the prehearing order.
(2) The refusal of a witness to answer any question ruled proper is basis for the presiding officer, at his or her discretion, to strike some or all prior testimony by that witness on related matters or to grant a continuance to allow a party to seek a court order to compel the witness to answer.
(3) Each person called as a witness in an adjudicative proceeding shall swear or affirm that the evidence about to be given in the adjudicative proceeding is the truth under the provisions of RCW 5.28.020 through 5.28.060.
