Section 187.84 - Violation of Cease and Desist OrdersIf a respondent violates a cease and desist order, the board may:
(1) Impose an administrative penalty against the respondent, and/or(2) refer the matter to the attorney general to institute action for:(A) an injunction against violation of the cease and desist order;(B) any administrative penalty assessed by the board;(C) a civil penalty in accordance with the § 165.101 of the Act;(D) expenses in accordance with the Act, § 165.103; and(E) any other remedy provided by law.22 Tex.
