Any utility filing a statement of intent to increase a city gate rate which is subject to the original jurisdiction of the Commission shall file its direct evidence to support its proposed rate increase, including those items required pursuant to § RSA 7.501 of this title (relating to Certain Matters to be Submitted in Rate Hearings), and prepared testimony of all of its witnesses and exhibits with the Director on the same date it files its statement of intent.
