Section 73-240 - Disposition of Obsolete DataA. SLED will ensure that all information maintained in the Registry is as up-to-date and accurate as possible.(1) Deceased Offender. (a) Once it has been determined that an offender is deceased, SLED will remove that offender from active status in the Registry and notify the county sheriff, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.Added by State Register Volume 20, Issue No. 7, eff July 26, 1996.
