Section 30-6 - Appeals of Permit DecisionsA. A Department decision involving the issuance, denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit or certification may be appealed by an affected person with standing pursuant to applicable law, including S.C. Code Title 44, Chapter 1; Title 1, Chapter 23; and Title 48, Chapter 39.B. Public Notice: At the same time as the Department sends the Agency Information Sheet to the Administrative Law Court, the Department shall notify in writing all interested persons that have submitted written comments.
