Section 2800.86 - Ventilation(a) All areas of the residence that are used by the resident shall be ventilated. Ventilation includes an operable window, air conditioner, fan or mechanical ventilation that ensures airflow.(b) A bathroom that does not have an operable, outside window must be equipped with an exhaust fan for ventilation.
