Section 9.680 - Access for persons with disabilities(a) A plan shall file with the Department its policies, plans and procedures for ensuring that it has within its provider network participating health care providers that are physically accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. §§ 12181-12188.)(b) A plan shall file with the Department its policies, plans and procedures for ensuring that it has within its provider network participating health care providers who can communicate with individuals with sensory disabilities, in accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
