Section 271.422 - Permit suspension or revocation(a) The Department may hold a public hearing or informal conference prior to suspending or revoking a permit. The requirements for hearings or conferences are those for permit applications in § 271.143 (relating to public comments).(b) The Department will publish in the Pennsylvania Bulletin notice of the revocation or suspension of a permit.The provisions of this § 271.422 adopted April 8, 1988, effective 4/9/1988, 18 Pa.B. 1681.
