Rule 401 - Test for Relevant EvidenceEvidence is relevant if:
(a) it has any tendency to make a fact more or less probable than it would be without the evidence; and(b) The fact is of consequence in determining the action.The provisions of this Rule 401 rescinded and replaced January 17, 2013, effective in sixty days, 43 Pa.B. 620.
