Section 15.9 - ConfidentialityA school district shall do the following:
(1) Protect the confidentiality of personally identifiable information regarding a protected handicapped student.(2) Require parental consent before releasing personally identifiable information to unauthorized persons.(3) Provide access to educational records of the student to the parents or a representative of the parents.(4) Comply with section 513(a) of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C.A. § 1232g) and 34 CFR Part 99 (relating to family education rights and privacy).
