Section 181.3 - Electrodata Processing Operations(a) The policy of the Judicial Branch and the Unified Judicial System shall be to develop and maintain conformity and compatibility in the design, planning, function, and operation of computerized systems of recordkeeping.(b) The administrative Office is authorized to implement the policy set forth in subsection (a) of this section.The provisions of this § 181.3 are an unofficial codification of Agenda No. 73-10, Order No. 12, July 30, 1973, 3 Pa.B. 2058.
