Section 4123-3-20 - Additional awards by reason of violations of specific safety requirements

The determination of awards by reason of violation of specific safety requirements being within the exclusive jurisdiction of the industrial commission, such applications, if filed with the bureau, shall be referred to the industrial commission for further consideration.
