Section 441.13 - Education

Child care agencies:

(a) shall take such steps as may be necessary to make certain that all children in care receive education appropriate to their needs and in accordance with the requirements of the Education Law;

(b) shall maintain an active and direct liaison with any school in which a child in its care is enrolled;

(c) shall make certain that each child in its care receives appropriate educational and vocational guidance.
