Section 358-2.8 - Commissioner

Commissioner means the New York State Commissioner of Temporary and Disability Assistance, or the Commissioner of Health or the Commissioner of the Office of Children and Family Services, depending upon the type of hearing involved as set forth in section 358-2.30 of this Part, or their designees.
