Only posters and stickers approved by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles may be displayed on the windshield or rear windows of motor vehicles registered in New York. Posters or stickers on the windshield and rear window interfere with visibility. Limiting the number and size of posters and stickers minimizes this interference.
