Section 7:50-1.4 - Applicability

This chapter shall apply to all development within the Pinelands Area and shall supersede the interim rules and regulations adopted by the Pinelands Commission contained in 7:1G-1.1 et seq. and 2.1 et seq. and the Plan for the Preservation Area adopted by the Pinelands Commission on August 8, 1980. It shall be unlawful for any person to carry out any development in the Pinelands Area which does not conform to the minimum standards of this Plan.
