Section 7:26H-6.18 - Recycling

(a) The contracting unit may, at its option, request bid proposals for the collection of recyclable materials together with its request for proposals for solid waste collection and disposal services. Notwithstanding this option, the contracting unit must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 13:1E-99.1 1 et seq. and the Recycling Rules at N.J.A.C. 7:26A.

(b) The form and content of the bid specifications for recycling collection services may follow the requirements of this subchapter as set forth in Appendix A.
