Unless otherwise instructed by the Department, any person may obtain any form or application required by this chapter by downloading it from the Department's website at www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms or by contacting the Department at the address at 7:26C-1.6. Unless otherwise instructed by the Department, the person shall submit all forms, applications and documents required by this chapter to the address indicated on the form. If no address is indicated, then submit the form to the Department pursuant to 7:26C-1.6.
