Section 7:20-2.8 - Penalty collection

All penalties collected pursuant to this subchapter or sums collected pursuant to 58:4-5 shall be deposited in the Environmental Services Fund, established pursuant to 13:1D-33, and kept separate from other receipts deposited therein, and appropriated to the Department for the removal of dams in the State.
