Section 5:80-33.7 - Federal nonprofit set-aside

Not less than 10 percent of the credit ceiling shall be awarded to qualified nonprofit organizations in accordance with the Federal nonprofit requirement, as stated at 26 U.S.C. § 42(h)(5)(A).
