Section 5:27-10.1 - Applicability

(a) This subchapter shall not apply to cooperative sober living residences.

(b) The standards in this subchapter shall apply only to boarding houses operated under a Class C license providing or offering to provide the personal services specified.

(c) No rooming house operated under a Class A license and no boarding house operated under a Class B license shall provide or offer to provide the personal services specified in this subchapter.
