Section 19:14-9.1 - Applicability of subchapter; nature of proceedings

This subchapter shall be applicable to requests for interim relief in both unfair practice proceedings under this chapter and in scope of negotiations proceedings pursuant to 19:13-3.1 1. Any order issued pursuant to this subchapter is interlocutory.
