These rules are hereby adopted for the Hackensack Meadowlands District (District) pursuant to the Interagency Agreement between the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC), the predecessor agency of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) (see P.L. 2015, c. 19 ), and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJ DCA), and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:10A-1et seq.
