Section 17:30A-7.7 - Renewal of alternative treatment center permit
(a) 60 days prior to the expiration of an ATC permit, an ATC that seeks to renew the permit shall submit to the permitting authority an application for renewal of the permit with all required documentation and the required fees pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:30A-7.10.
1. An ATC shall update and ensure the correctness of all information submitted in previous applications for a permit or otherwise on file with the Commission.
2. Failure to provide correct and current up-to-date information is grounds for denial of application for renewal of the permit.
(b) The permit period for an alternative treatment center shall be from January 1st (or the date of approval of the application, if later) through December 31st of a given year.
(c) The Commission may deny the application for renewal of the permit if the applicant is noncompliant with applicable local rules, ordinances, and/or zoning requirements, or if the Commission determines that the facility is in violation of the Act or this chapter.
(d) The Commission may issue and/or renew a permit subject to conditions set forth in this chapter.
