Section 13:77-1.1 - Purpose

This chapter prescribes rules for administration of the Human Trafficking Survivor's Assistance Fund established by P.L. 2013, c. 51, including the procedure and conditions for obtaining approval of a prostitution offender program course pursuant to 2C:34-1.2.
