Section 13:47B-4.1 - Minimum training requirements; weights and measures officer

No person appointed as a State, county, or municipal weights and measures officer will be provided with a badge and/or credentials pursuant to 51:1-64 until such time as the appointee has qualified through a course in "basic weights and measures" conducted under the direction of the State Superintendent.
