Section 10:52-11.2 - Sampling methodology

(a) The Department of Health shall audit charity care claims based on a sample which will be developed from the charity claims submitted for pricing as described in NJ.A.C. 10:52-12.2.

(b) The Department of Health shall require hospitals to make a small number of additional charity care accounts available upon audit.
