Section 686A.600 - Scope and applicability1. NAC 686A.600 to 686A.680, inclusive, define certain minimum standards, violations of which, with a frequency which indicates a general business practice, will be deemed to constitute unfair claims settlement practices.2. NAC 686A.600 to 686A.690, inclusive, apply to all persons and to all insurance contracts or policies except policies of surety insurance.3. Acts not specified in NAC 686A.600 to 686A.690, inclusive, may also be deemed to be violations of NRS 686A.310.Nev. Admin. Code § 686A.600
