Section 338.310 - "Business entity associated with the principal personnel" defined

"Business entity associated with the principal personnel" means a business entity in which the principal personnel of a subcontractor is or was the sole proprietor, a partner, the chair or a member of the board of directors, or a shareholder owning 10 percent or more of outstanding stock in the business entity.
