Rule 44.11.105 - PRACTICE REGARDING APPLICATION OF RULES(1) In any matter not specifically addressed by these rules, the commissioner shall exercise discretion so as to execute the purposes of the applicable law, without exceeding the statutory authority identified in ARM 44.11.101.
