Section 10.43.14.04 - Supervisory Responsibilities

A. The chiropractor is responsible for record keeping, consent to treatment forms, billing, and other patient-related documentation handled, maintained, or managed by the chiropractor's staff.

B. The chiropractor shall ensure that employees involved in the preparation, organization, and filing of records adhere to the regulations of this chapter.
