Section 30-5-81a - Participation in the diagnosis related group reimbursement system

As a prerequisite for participation in the medicaid/medikan program, a general hospital shall participate in the Kansas department of social and rehabilitation services' diagnosis related group reimbursement system. The effective date of this regulation shall be January 1, 1989.
