Rule 161-3.9 - Jurisdictional review

Upon the receipt of a statement offered as a complaint, the executive director or designee shall review the complaint to determine whether the commission has jurisdiction of the complaint. A no jurisdiction determination shall constitute final agency action for purposes of judicial review.
