Sec. 4.
The floor plans of the licensed premises of each retail permittee must be approved by the alcohol and tobacco commission prior to the granting of the retailer's permit. Such floor plans must clearly designate the dimensions and location of any area to be used for the sale of package alcoholic beverages.
