Sec. 7.
(a) In order to qualify for licensure, the applicant is required to pass both sections of the examination.(b) The applicant must pass the written jurisprudence examination before the board will authorize the candidate to take the examination for professional practice in psychology (EPPP).(c) If a candidate fails the EPPP examination three (3) or more times, no further examinations shall be administered until the candidate meets with the board to: (1) review the areas of deficiency; and(2) develop a program of study and practical experience designed to remediate the deficiencies. This program may consist of additional course work, internship experiences, supervision, or any combination of these.
(d) An applicant may take the EPPP a maximum of four (4) times in any twelve (12) month period. Applicants must wait sixty (60) days between administrations.(e) A new application with the appropriate fees must be submitted following any failure.
