Section 71 IAC 5.5-1-29 - Reporting known or suspected irregularities and rule violations

Sec. 29.

All licensees shall report any known or suspected irregularities, any violation of the rules of the commission, or any wrongdoings by any person immediately to the commission and cooperate in subsequent investigations.
