Section 6-23-1 - Scope

This subchapter shall govern all petitions for contested case hearing filed with the system disputing a preliminary decision by the system regarding an application for disability retirement benefits or accidental death benefits, pursuant to the medical board's or a designated entity's certifications and findings under chapter 6-22.
