Based on the authority's findings set forth in section 24, the authority is renewing and extending Hawaii Public housing Authority Emergency Rules Relating to CQVID-19 Emergency, adopted April 16, 2020, and filed with the Office of the lieutenant Governor on May 12, 2020, and renewed and extended on August 20, 2020, and filed with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on September 8, 2020 for an additional 120 days after December 31, 2020.
