Section 13-5-10 - Subzones; generally(a) There are hereby established subzones within the conservation district, as listed in Exhibit 1, entitled 'Subzone Designations: August 12, 2011", which is located at the end of this chapter and made a part of this section. Subzone designations of conservation district lands are delineated on maps on file with the department.(b) Lands in the conservation district are classified into one of the following subzones: (c) Land uses identified in a subzone shall be restricted to those uses provided for in this chapter.
